Santa Pola

A holiday and fishing town, in south of the Alicante province, located only 10 Km from El Altet, the airport for Alicante. Santa Pola stands out for its coastline that hosts its famous lighthouse, long sandy beaches and heavily sloped hills, very popular with paragliders. Also worth a visit are Santa Pola's salt lakes, declared nature park, famous for the migrating birds that pass through, including large flocks of spectacular pink Flamingos.
